4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Deposit Verification

If a deposit is unsuccessful or a technical error occurs, please save the transaction reference number and notify the support team. Consult the support team before attempting the same deposit a second time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at abc365 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is not "free" money — it is a matching benefit that requires specific wagering conditions to be met before it can be used.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be usable in specific games or betting sections — please read the details of each offer carefully.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly allow it.
• Once a bonus offer expires, it cannot be used or recovered.
• If a bonus code applies, it must be entered in the appropriate field before making a deposit — it cannot be added afterwards.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The abc365 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. Example: A Silver tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet cannot be considered accepted until it has been finally confirmed. abc365 reserves the right to cancel or correct any bet placed automatically due to a system error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Result Disputes

If you have a dispute about the outcome of a bet, a formal complaint must be submitted via live chat or email within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this deadline will not be considered.

6.3 Game-Related Rules

Every slot and casino game on abc365 operates according to its own RTP and rules. If a technical error occurs during a game, the bet for that round may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.4 Multiple Bets (Multi-Bet)
